Gozo is quieter, greener and exactly the kind of place you didn't know you needed until you get there.

Gozo is Malta's quieter, greener sister island, smaller, slower and deeply unspoilt. Life here moves at its own pace, shaped by centuries of tradition, breathtaking landscapes and a warmth that is entirely its own. From the rust-coloured cliffs of Dwejra to the crystal waters of Ramla Bay, every corner of the island has something worth finding.

Whether you're here to explore ancient citadels, swim in hidden sea caves, or simply sit on a terrace with a glass of local wine and watch the sun go down, Gozo has a way of making you feel like you've found somewhere the rest of the world hasn't caught up with yet. It's the kind of place that doesn't need to try very hard, and that's exactly the point.

Gozo is smaller, slower and completely wonderful, and that's exactly why people keep coming back.

Getting Here

Planning your trip to Gozo is easier than you might think. Whether you’re flying from Europe or beyond, all international flights to Malta land at Malta International Airport (MLA), the only airport serving both Malta and Gozo.

From the airport, there are now three convenient ways to reach your holiday home in Gozo:

Private Transfer Direct to Your Property

The simplest and most stress-free option. A driver will meet you at the airport and bring you directly to your chosen Sunny Stays Home.

Rent a Car at the Airport

For full flexibility, you can rent a car upon arrival and make your way north to Ċirkewwa Port. From there, drive onto the Gozo Channel ferry, which operates frequently and takes only 25 minutes to cross. Once you arrive at Mġarr Harbour in Gozo, it’s a short and scenic drive to your holiday home.

Fast Ferry from Valletta

Prefer to start your trip with a touch of adventure?
Take a taxi or bus from the airport to Valletta’s Grand Harbour, where you can catch the fast ferry to Mġarr, Gozo. The crossing takes about 45 minutes, offering beautiful views along the way. Once in Gozo, a local taxi or bus can bring you to your accommodation.
